SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL U.S. ORDERS

We currently ship within the United States only.

MADE TO ORDER

Every UNDERDOG piece is printed specifically for you after you place your 
order — we don't keep pre-made inventory sitting in a warehouse. This 
means your order goes into production before it ships, which takes a 
little longer than buying something already on a shelf, but it also means 
less overproduction and a piece made just for you.

PRODUCTION + SHIPPING TIMES

- Production time: 2-5 business days
- Shipping time (within the U.S.): 3-5 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 5-10 business days from the day you place 
  your order

During high-demand periods (like the holiday season, October through 
January) or major promotions, production times may run slightly longer 
than usual. We'll do our best to communicate any delays.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with 
a tracking number so you can follow your package the whole way.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your 
package appears to be lost, contact us at hello@underdogly.com — see our Refund & 
Return Policy for how we handle lost packages.
